Early Intervention - Ages Birth-3

 

No-Cost Service

If your infant is not developing at the same pace as other babies or toddlers of the same age or has a medically diagnosed limitation, he or she may be eligible to receive no-cost services through Early Intervention. This is a statewide program that supports families to help their children reach their potential.

Individualized Family Service Plans

Our Early Intervention Program includes both therapy and parent education services in the home or daycare setting. Once an assessment is made, your child’s Therapist, Developmental Specialist, and you will create your child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).

Every child who is receiving Early Intervention services with Capability Health has the opportunity to have a full Autism evaluation at no cost to the family. Evaluations are done by Board Certified Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician Dr. Mario Gaspar De Alba.
